Our attitude, perspectives, and outlook does determine a lot. Can you say I am well, I am good (even when you don’t feel like it), knowing that each breath, each step, each day is taking you one step closer to the light at the end of the tunnel and being on the other side of this current challenge?
Personally, I’d say it’s all good. Because even if it was not good, I believe God will work it out for my good.
It is the roughness of the stormy sea that builds the Skilled sailor. It is the crushing of the grapes that releases the precious juice and wine. It is the pressing of the olive that allows the purest virgin olive oil to flow. It is the struggle through the birth canal that closes the heart’s duct and allows the baby to competently breathe air. It is the force of gravity against us and pounding the pavement that strengthens our bones and causes more calcium to be laid down. It is the resistance of weights against our muscles that build them and makes them stronger.
It is the challenge that you are facing right now that will make you stronger and more resilient so that you can reach back and help someone else because you are an overcomer! That thing that came against you, it didn’t win! It Didn’t destroy you. So keep going! Keep pressing! Don’t Give Up! Don’t stop until you Overcome!
Skilled Sailors are made because they learn to maneuver through the storms!
